Our “Herbaceous Thai” offerings are inspired by Pom Moongauklang’s childhood recipes, which are considered traditional jungle food. These are simple, soulful meals rooted in aromatic herbs and spices like lemongrass, basil, and kaffir lime.
From rich curries and soul-warming soups to bright, herb-packed salads and more, each dish reflects the natural depth of Thai cooking, guided by Pom’s unmistakable balance of heat, flavor, and heart.
